If you have ordered different products,different production schedules for different product types reults in different products being finished at different times,we know how important your orders is,so we aim to fulfill order as quickly as possible,the first item(s) to be finished is the first to be shipped out.
If you receive an order with missing,wrong,lost or damaged items,you can contact Customer Service and we'll be happy to assist you.
ContactCustomer Service and fill out the form about the item(s) that you would like to get a refund for.
Once we've received your package,we will begin processing your refund,which may take up to 3-5 business days,when processing is completed,we will issue your refund.
In most cases,we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has proessed,the times it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.
Credit/Debit Card
It will take 7-21 days for your credit card company to process the refund and credit your account.
PayPal
If you are a registered PayPal member,your refund has been completed instantly,you may check your PayPal account for more information regarding the refuned.
If you are an unregistered PayPal user.it will take 7-21 days for PayPal to process your refund and return the money to your credit card account.
